McCain’s claim that he’s a conservative is false because of McCain’s extremely liberal record.
For example, John McCain voted to confirm Obama’s AG. Only 21 Republicans dared to vote against Obama’s nominee.
This means that:
1) McCain voted against the Second Amendment.
2) McCain voted for gun bans, including the DC gun ban, which Obama’s nominee defended with an Amicus Curiae Brief submitted to the SCOTUS.
3) McCain voted to confirm the man who gave Miranda rights and habeas corpus rights to KSM.
4) McCain voted to confirm the man who decided to try KSM by a civilian court.
