A TRULY realist foreign policy

The proponents of appeasement policy slander those of us who wish to protect our countries and do not wish to appease our enemies as “idealists who reject a realist foreign policy”.

The truth is that unlike them, I, Zbigniew Mazurak, am the REAL realist, and that I favor a TRULY realistic foreign policy.

And the only truly realistic foreign policy is one that advances your country’s interests

A realist foreign policy does not mean surrendering to your country’s enemies, appeasing them or disarming your military. It means that you will do what you must do to advance your country’s interests.

Any truly realist foreign policy is based on the following three universal principles:

1) You must define what do your country’s interests require. That means: define what are the requirements of the military, economic, and other interests of your country.

2) You must develop and execute a policy that will best serve the interests of your country, but not necessarily other countries or the “international community” or idealistic, irrelevant, obsolete ideals like “fairness”, “parity”, “peace” or “the reputation of my country”.

3) You must unceasingly work to maximize the military, economic and technologic might of your country to make it able to execute the policies required by your country’s interests and to influence the world.

Any policy which does not fit the above 3 requirements is NOT a realist foreign policy.

A realist foreign policy is based on the assumption that you must protect your country and allow it to flourish. This means that you need to enact policies which help it and protect it, not capitulate before big countries like Russia or China.

You need to defend the interests of your country, and ONLY them. Disregard all other countries.

The procedure shall always be the same:

1) You must define what do your country’s interests require. That means: define what are the requirements of the military, economic, and other interests of your country.

2) You must develop and execute a policy that will best serve the interests of your country.

3) You must unceasingly work to maximize the military, economic and technologic might of your country to make it able to execute the policies required by your country’s interests and to influence the world.
